These Local Residents Tried Various Diets & Boring Workouts That Simply Didn’t Work, That Is, Until They Found Us!

A month ago I have been coming to Project Y for a couple of months and at first I was nervous as I had been doing home workouts for years and had recently had surgery and thought I would be 'the weak link' but I wasn't made to feel like that at all. The community that train here are extremely welcoming and supportive and Alex and Joe adapted every exercise to suit my needs. They teach you to understand your body and when you need to push and when you need to rest to avoid injury. They focus on keeping you consistent and accountable without making you feel pressured which I was always concerned about with this type of training. I've been able to partake in exercises I never thought I'd be able to since surgery and have the confidence that I can keep pushing myself with the support of coaches who know what they're doing!

I've trained with Joe and Alex for 3.5 years and they have helped me change my lifestyle completely! What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after the 2026 Challenge?
